Requirements:

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀Retail⠀Management,⠀Marketing,⠀or a⠀related⠀field. A⠀Master's⠀degree is⠀a⠀plus.
• Proven⠀experience⠀in a⠀strategic⠀retail⠀management⠀role,⠀preferably⠀within the⠀fashion or⠀clothing⠀industry.
• Strong⠀strategic⠀thinking⠀and⠀analytical⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀translate⠀insights⠀into⠀actionable⠀strategies.
• In-depth⠀knowledge⠀of retail⠀operations,⠀including⠀sales,⠀inventory⠀management,⠀visual⠀merchandising,⠀and⠀customer⠀experience⠀optimization.
• Excellent⠀leadership⠀and team⠀management⠀abilities,⠀with the⠀capacity⠀to inspire⠀and⠀motivate a⠀team.
• Exceptional⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀collaborate⠀effectively⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams and⠀stakeholders.
• Strong⠀financial⠀acumen,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀analyze⠀financial⠀data and⠀make⠀data-driven⠀decisions.
• Proficient⠀in using⠀retail⠀management⠀software⠀and⠀systems.
