Reservations Supervisor

• Reviewing⠀reservation⠀requests⠀for⠀accuracy,⠀such as⠀dates and⠀times, and⠀making⠀adjustments⠀where⠀needed.
• Communicating⠀with⠀customers⠀to resolve⠀issues⠀with⠀reservations⠀or⠀accommodations,⠀including⠀providing⠀information⠀about⠀policies⠀or⠀processes⠀where⠀necessary.
• Assigning⠀staff to⠀help with⠀reservations⠀during⠀busy times⠀of year⠀such as⠀holidays⠀or summer⠀vacation⠀periods.
• Reviewing⠀and⠀approving⠀guest⠀lists to⠀ensure⠀that⠀reservations⠀comply⠀with⠀company⠀policies⠀regarding⠀capacity⠀limits.
• Scheduling⠀staff to⠀ensure⠀that there⠀are enough⠀employees⠀at all⠀times⠀during⠀high⠀volume⠀periods,⠀such as⠀weekends⠀or⠀holidays.
• Reviewing⠀and⠀approving⠀hotel or⠀resort⠀contracts⠀to ensure⠀that rates⠀and terms⠀are in⠀accordance⠀with⠀company⠀standards.
• Making⠀sure that⠀reservations⠀are⠀fulfilled⠀and that⠀guests are⠀satisfied⠀with their⠀experience⠀at the⠀property.
• Monitoring⠀sales⠀activity⠀to⠀identify⠀opportunities⠀for⠀increasing⠀revenue⠀through⠀new⠀business⠀and⠀upselling⠀existing⠀clients.
• Overseeing⠀the⠀activities⠀of other⠀members of⠀the⠀reservations⠀staff,⠀including⠀receptionists,⠀phone⠀operators,⠀and clerks⠀who handle⠀reservations⠀by phone⠀or in⠀person.

Experience:

• Reservations Supervisor: 2 years (Required)
• Hotel: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
• Arabic is a plus (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Abu Dhabi (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
