Pay
Minimum⠀–⠀Anticipated⠀Maximum⠀Salary:⠀$62600 -⠀$82900 /⠀year

Responsibilities
- Configure⠀and deploy⠀company⠀voice and⠀data⠀networks⠀for⠀headquarters⠀and global⠀networks
- Monitor⠀network⠀performance⠀and⠀provide⠀troubleshooting⠀of complex⠀computer⠀networking⠀issues
- Create⠀documentation⠀as it⠀relates to⠀network⠀and⠀telecom⠀configuration,⠀network⠀mapping,⠀operations⠀activities,⠀processes,⠀and⠀service⠀records
- Maintain⠀accurate⠀change⠀management⠀documentation⠀and attend⠀change⠀advisory⠀board⠀meetings
- Develop⠀diagnostic⠀and⠀actionable⠀deliverables⠀that help⠀guide⠀investment⠀decisions⠀in support⠀of⠀executing⠀business⠀strategy
- Support⠀shared⠀applications⠀and⠀infrastructure⠀to cut⠀expenditures⠀and⠀enhance⠀the flow⠀of⠀information
- Implement⠀comprehensive⠀operational⠀policies⠀and⠀processes⠀specific⠀to LAN and⠀WAN,⠀mobility,⠀voice,⠀third-party⠀network⠀management,⠀and⠀business⠀conferencing⠀support
- Collaborate⠀with⠀solutions⠀architects⠀to provide⠀design⠀options⠀that are⠀flexible,⠀scalable,⠀and⠀capable of⠀synchronizing⠀with⠀continuously⠀changing⠀requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s⠀degree or⠀equivalent⠀in⠀information⠀management,⠀computer⠀science,⠀computer⠀systems⠀engineering,⠀business⠀administration,⠀mathematics,⠀or a⠀related⠀field
- CCNP,⠀CCNA, and⠀AWS⠀certifications,⠀ITIL⠀certification⠀a⠀plus
- Minimum⠀of 3 years⠀of⠀experience⠀in the⠀implementation,⠀management,⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of⠀information⠀technology⠀infrastructure⠀and IT⠀systems
- Demonstrated⠀experience⠀in working⠀with⠀globally⠀distributed⠀resources,⠀preferably⠀with⠀shared⠀services⠀model,⠀knowledge⠀of⠀ServiceNow⠀preferred
- Working⠀knowledge⠀of the OSI⠀model and⠀basic⠀networking⠀technologies
- Hands⠀on⠀experience⠀with Cisco⠀ASA, VPN⠀configuration,⠀QoS, and⠀performance⠀monitoring⠀tools
- Experience⠀with Cloud⠀networking,⠀AWS⠀transit⠀gateways,⠀ASA, and⠀Checkpoint⠀Firewalls
