• Negotiating⠀job⠀offers:⠀You will⠀negotiate⠀job offers⠀with job⠀candidates,⠀including⠀salary,⠀benefits,⠀and other⠀terms of⠀employment.
• Maintaining⠀recruitment⠀records:⠀You will⠀maintain⠀accurate⠀records of⠀all⠀recruitment⠀activities,⠀including⠀resumes,⠀interview⠀notes, and⠀other⠀relevant⠀information.

• Bachelor's⠀Degree in⠀Human⠀Resources⠀or⠀relevant.
• Must⠀have at⠀least 2-5⠀years of⠀work⠀experience⠀as a⠀Recruitment⠀Officer⠀(experience⠀in⠀healthcare⠀is⠀mandatory).
• Organized⠀and can⠀work with⠀minimum⠀supervision.
• Must⠀have⠀negotiation⠀skills.
• Has⠀great time⠀management⠀skills and⠀can⠀multi-task.
• Responsible⠀and can⠀handle⠀work⠀pressure.
• Good⠀communication⠀skills.
