Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Perform extensive data entry for customer account profiles into a database. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries within specified time frames and provide necessary data to customers as requested.
- Collaboration: Interface with branch operations to ensure correct customer profile information is updated and shared.
- Archiving & Reporting: Maintain an archive tracking system to ensure policy guidelines are followed. Distribute order status reports to branch operations and follow up with customers as needed.
- Investigation & Issue Resolution: Record inquiries into the HEAT tracking system and conduct investigations related to deposits/orders.
- Liability & Asset Management: Safeguard liability and assets during day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple records.
- Effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external customers.
- Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
