Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome⠀and assist⠀visitors,⠀guests,⠀and⠀clients in⠀a friendly⠀and⠀professional⠀manner.
  • Answer⠀incoming⠀phone⠀calls,⠀take⠀messages,⠀and⠀transfer⠀calls to⠀the⠀appropriate⠀person or⠀department.
  • Maintain⠀a clean⠀and⠀organized⠀reception⠀area,⠀ensuring⠀it⠀reflects a⠀positive⠀image of⠀the⠀organization.
  • Coordinate⠀and⠀schedule⠀appointments⠀and⠀meetings⠀rooms for⠀staff⠀members as⠀required.
  • Collect⠀and⠀distribute⠀incoming⠀mail and⠀packages⠀and⠀prepare⠀outgoing⠀mail and⠀courier⠀shipments.
  • Provide⠀general⠀administrative⠀support to⠀various⠀departments,⠀including⠀data⠀entry.
  • Monitor⠀and order⠀office⠀supplies /⠀Stationary⠀to ensure⠀availability⠀for⠀staff.
  • Maintain⠀a visitor⠀log and⠀ensure all⠀visitors⠀sign in⠀and out as⠀required.
  • Arrange⠀office⠀access⠀cards for⠀new⠀employees⠀and ensure⠀they are⠀properly⠀activated.
  • Perform⠀additional⠀tasks and⠀duties as⠀assigned⠀by the HR⠀department⠀related to⠀HR / Admin⠀Work.
Qualifications
  • High School or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University/Institution

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
