Receive⠀, sort and⠀distribute⠀daily⠀mail/⠀deliveries⠀and⠀maintain⠀records of⠀it
Maintain⠀office⠀security⠀by⠀following⠀safety⠀procedures⠀and⠀controlling⠀access via⠀the⠀reception⠀desk using⠀a detailed⠀log of⠀incoming⠀visitors
Updates⠀and⠀reviews⠀attendance⠀and exit⠀passes of⠀staff on⠀daily⠀basis

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or⠀Bachelor's⠀degree⠀holder
Minimum⠀2 years of⠀experience⠀as⠀receptionist
Proficiency⠀in⠀Microsoft⠀office⠀suite
Professional⠀attitude⠀and⠀appearance
Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills
Multitasking⠀and time⠀management⠀skill
