Receptionist

The⠀receptionist⠀position⠀is⠀responsible⠀for⠀scheduling⠀Uber⠀Health⠀rides. The⠀individual⠀will work⠀with⠀patients⠀and⠀clinical⠀team to⠀provide⠀ride⠀intakes,⠀book rides⠀on the⠀Uber⠀Health⠀Dashboard⠀and⠀collect⠀and report⠀data on⠀assigned⠀program⠀service.

The⠀receptionist⠀primary⠀responsibilities⠀include⠀but not⠀limited⠀to:

• Scheduling⠀Uber⠀Health⠀rides
• Capturing⠀and⠀entering⠀demographic⠀data as⠀part of⠀Uber⠀Health⠀Program
• Participate⠀in program⠀service⠀evaluation⠀activities,⠀which may⠀include⠀patient/participant⠀surveys,⠀and⠀service⠀provider⠀surveys
• Attend⠀and⠀participate⠀in any⠀trainings⠀to include⠀Uber⠀Health⠀Platform
• Proactively⠀follow up⠀on any⠀identified⠀opportunities,⠀concerns⠀and/or⠀issues as⠀a means to⠀improve⠀the⠀program⠀service
• Escalate⠀any⠀issues,⠀concerns,⠀and⠀opportunities⠀to⠀appropriate⠀stakeholders
• Perform⠀other⠀duties as⠀assigned⠀and needed⠀to ensure⠀operational⠀efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High⠀School⠀Diploma
• Knowledge⠀of MS⠀Office⠀Suite (MS⠀Excel,⠀PowerPoint,⠀Word)
