The Real⠀Estate⠀Support⠀Coordinator⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀assisting⠀with the⠀daily⠀activity⠀of⠀incoming⠀mail,⠀creating/processing⠀invoices,⠀creating/maintaining⠀spreadsheets,⠀lease⠀correspondence,⠀tenant/landlord⠀matters⠀and⠀additional⠀lease⠀related⠀business.⠀This role⠀will also⠀serve as a⠀back up to⠀the Real⠀Estate⠀Admin⠀Manager in⠀managing⠀outsourced⠀service⠀providers⠀and⠀managing⠀real⠀estate tax⠀payment⠀processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct⠀OFAC⠀checks for⠀all new⠀tenants,⠀landlords⠀and any⠀vendors if⠀necessary.⠀Leased/owned⠀locations⠀as⠀requested⠀by JLL and⠀other 3rd⠀party⠀vendors.
- Research⠀and⠀provide⠀necessary⠀documentation⠀on lease⠀administration.
- Compose,⠀prepare,⠀and send⠀correspondence⠀for leased⠀and tenant⠀related⠀matters.
- Process⠀invoices⠀as⠀assigned⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀generating⠀monthly⠀rental⠀invoices⠀and⠀uploading⠀on⠀Concur.
- Prepare⠀income and⠀expense⠀statements⠀and assist⠀with⠀managing⠀real⠀estate tax⠀payment⠀processes.
- Perform⠀inquiries⠀on VNB⠀system/SAP⠀and⠀printout⠀monthly⠀GL's⠀and/or⠀Concur.
- Prepare⠀monthly⠀reconciliations⠀(including⠀aging if⠀applicable).
- Assist⠀in⠀monitoring⠀rental⠀income⠀payments⠀and follow⠀up with⠀JLL and⠀other⠀third-party⠀vendors.
- Assist⠀in⠀processing⠀and⠀tracking⠀real⠀estate⠀property⠀taxes for⠀Valley⠀owned and⠀leased (if⠀applicable)⠀locations.
- Assist⠀in history⠀of⠀payments⠀for both⠀Landlord⠀and Tenant⠀related⠀matters.

Comply⠀with all⠀regulations⠀pertaining⠀to BSA,⠀USA⠀PATRIOT⠀ACT, and⠀OFAC.⠀Complete⠀annual BSA⠀training.⠀Report⠀suspicions⠀of⠀criminal⠀activity,⠀or any⠀attempt to⠀avoid BSA⠀reporting⠀requirements⠀on the⠀part of⠀customers⠀or⠀employees,⠀to the⠀AML/BSA⠀Compliance⠀Department.

Required Experience:

High⠀School or⠀GED and a⠀minimum of⠀three⠀years⠀related⠀administrative⠀experience.
Bachelors⠀Degree in⠀Business⠀or related⠀field⠀.Leasing/Property⠀Management⠀background⠀preferred.
