UScellular is a leading wireless telecommunications company committed to delivering quality services and solutions. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Real Estate Project Coordinator to assist with various administrative tasks related to real estate projects, including tower relocations, lease renewals, and ground lease acquisitions.

Position Summary:

The Real Estate Project Coordinator will work closely with the Real Estate Program Managers to support a variety of administrative tasks for real estate projects. This includes maintaining systems, coordinating services and logistics, managing reports, and supporting vendor relationships to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide data and documentation support for real estate leasing projects, ensuring internal and external clients have accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems such as the fully executed lease tracker, invoice tracker, and WBS tracker.
  • Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, and accounts payable teams to ensure timely PO issuance, invoice approvals, and proper coding for assigned projects.
  • Participate in deployment meetings with vendors and internal team members to review project status, implement necessary changes, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Manage the execution of legal documents through the UScellular contract approval process, ensuring completion and accuracy of all required due diligence and guiding documents through the executive signing process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords involved in real estate transactions related to the company’s projects.
  • Assist with additional real estate administrative tasks as required.


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the wireless industry.
