Job Description

Assist and⠀review the⠀identification⠀and⠀development⠀of⠀required⠀procedures⠀and⠀processes⠀related to⠀quality⠀measures.
Ensure⠀compliance⠀with⠀federal,⠀state,⠀local, and⠀company-specific⠀regulations⠀related to⠀the⠀quality of⠀services,⠀KPI, and⠀the proper⠀performance⠀of⠀day-to-day⠀activities.
Oversee⠀detailed⠀inspections⠀and⠀documentation⠀in⠀improving⠀the data⠀collection⠀and⠀submission⠀process.
Perform⠀quality⠀and⠀spot-checking⠀to ensure⠀that the⠀guidelines⠀of⠀authorizing⠀bodies⠀involved⠀are being⠀followed.
Prepare⠀and⠀maintain⠀quality⠀records⠀for review⠀of⠀completeness⠀and⠀accuracy⠀to meet⠀both⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀expectations.
Performs⠀internal⠀audit of⠀data⠀collected⠀for JAWDA⠀KPI prior⠀to⠀submission.
Aware⠀of the DOH⠀and⠀TASNEEF⠀audit.
Lead⠀quality⠀meetings⠀monthly/quarterly⠀prior to⠀submission⠀and able⠀to⠀identify⠀the root⠀cause of⠀the⠀problem.
KPI⠀review,⠀corrective⠀action,⠀and⠀preventive⠀measures⠀to be⠀decided by⠀the⠀committee⠀to improve⠀the⠀service.
Providing⠀effective⠀leadership⠀in Quality⠀Management
Coordinate⠀the⠀process of⠀ensuring⠀accreditation⠀standards⠀continue⠀to be⠀adhered to⠀and⠀upgraded⠀as⠀required.
Maintains⠀continuity⠀of nursing⠀by⠀documenting⠀and⠀communicating⠀actions⠀and⠀continuing⠀needs
Performs⠀other⠀job-related⠀duties as⠀assigned.

Job Requirements:

With a⠀bachelor's⠀in any⠀medical⠀background⠀with a⠀Master's⠀in⠀hospital⠀administration⠀and⠀management⠀or MBA in⠀Healthcare⠀Management
CPHQ⠀Trained or⠀Certified
At⠀least 3⠀years⠀experience⠀in the⠀same⠀position⠀or⠀designation.
Desirable⠀With⠀HAAD/DOH⠀License
With⠀homecare⠀experience⠀as a⠀Quality⠀Officer.
Joining⠀Immediately⠀is⠀preferred.
