Insight⠀is seeking⠀a highly⠀motivated⠀Manager,⠀Quality⠀Assurance⠀to join⠀our team.⠀In this⠀role, you⠀will⠀collaborate⠀with⠀teammates⠀across the⠀organization⠀to ensure⠀processes⠀are⠀designed⠀for the⠀most⠀efficient⠀and⠀effective⠀operation.⠀You will⠀lead and⠀partner to⠀mitigate⠀risks and⠀maximize⠀opportunities⠀for⠀optimal⠀quality⠀and⠀continuous⠀improvement.⠀You will⠀plan,⠀implement,⠀assure,⠀and⠀improve⠀the⠀Quality⠀Management⠀System⠀(QMS) to⠀meet⠀objectives⠀maintaining⠀all⠀associated⠀certification⠀and⠀regulatory⠀approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong⠀leadership⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀lead and⠀partner⠀with⠀teammates⠀to plan,⠀manage,⠀sustain,⠀and⠀continuously⠀improve⠀QMS,⠀processes,⠀and⠀associated⠀controls.
• Working⠀knowledge⠀of Quality⠀Management⠀Systems⠀and ISO⠀9001⠀Requirements.
• Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀report⠀performance⠀of the QMS⠀to Insight⠀management⠀for review⠀and as a⠀basis for⠀improvement⠀of the⠀Quality⠀Management⠀System.
• Strong⠀project⠀management⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀coordinate,⠀plan,⠀host, and⠀lead⠀Customer⠀and⠀Certification⠀Body⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀audits and⠀assessments⠀to ensure⠀successful⠀outcomes⠀and⠀resolve⠀issues⠀raised⠀through⠀the audit⠀process.
• Ability⠀to manage⠀Standard⠀Operating⠀Procedure⠀and Work⠀Instruction⠀(SOP/WI)⠀Document⠀and Data⠀Control to⠀ensure⠀continuing⠀suitability⠀and⠀effectiveness⠀in⠀satisfying⠀the⠀requirements⠀of the ISO⠀9001⠀Standards.
• Experience⠀in⠀corrective⠀and⠀preventive⠀action⠀programs⠀to ensure⠀the⠀continued⠀improvements⠀required⠀by ISO⠀9001⠀Standards.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's⠀degree in⠀Business⠀or Quality⠀Management,⠀or⠀equivalent
• Eight⠀years of⠀experience⠀in Quality⠀Assurance⠀Management⠀and/or⠀Operations⠀Management⠀in a⠀Technology⠀related⠀field
• Working⠀knowledge⠀of⠀Intellect⠀is⠀preferred;⠀ISO⠀Certification⠀a plus
