The⠀Quality⠀Assurance⠀Automation⠀Engineer⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀ensuring⠀the⠀quality⠀and⠀reliability⠀of the⠀Bank’s⠀web and⠀mobile⠀applications.⠀In⠀collaboration⠀with⠀developers⠀and⠀project⠀managers,⠀the⠀Quality⠀Assurance⠀Automation⠀Engineer⠀will⠀design,⠀develop,⠀and⠀execute⠀automation⠀scripts⠀using⠀tools like⠀Selenium⠀and⠀contribute⠀to the⠀maintenance⠀of our⠀quality⠀standards.⠀Will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀maintaining⠀test⠀documentation⠀for audit⠀purposes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop⠀and⠀execute⠀automated⠀tests⠀using⠀Selenium⠀and other⠀relevant⠀tools.
- Work⠀closely⠀with⠀development⠀teams to⠀identify⠀and⠀resolve⠀issues.
- Create⠀detailed,⠀comprehensive,⠀and⠀well-structured⠀test plans⠀and test⠀cases.
- Estimate,⠀prioritize,⠀plan, and⠀coordinate⠀testing⠀activities.
- Design,⠀develop⠀and⠀execute⠀automation⠀scripts.
- Identify,⠀record,⠀document⠀thoroughly,⠀and track⠀bugs.
- Perform⠀thorough⠀regression⠀testing⠀when bugs⠀are⠀resolved.
- Liaise⠀with⠀internal⠀teams⠀(e.g.,⠀developers⠀and⠀project⠀managers)⠀to⠀identify⠀system⠀requirements.
- Monitor⠀debugging⠀process⠀results.
- Stay⠀up-to-date⠀with new⠀testing⠀tools and⠀test⠀strategies.
- Present⠀project⠀status and⠀technical⠀alternatives⠀to⠀management.
- Manage⠀to⠀established⠀KPIs and⠀targets.
- Maintain⠀an⠀objective,⠀fact-based⠀perspective⠀and⠀encourage⠀teams to⠀display⠀transparency⠀on⠀status.
- Teach⠀others⠀about⠀existing⠀concepts,⠀tools, and⠀processes.
- Build⠀a⠀knowledge⠀base of⠀issues and⠀resolutions⠀for⠀commonly⠀found⠀issues.
- Seek⠀to reduce⠀friction⠀points and⠀create⠀quality⠀experiences.

Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s⠀or⠀Master’s⠀degree (or⠀equivalent⠀experience)⠀in⠀Computer⠀Science,⠀Business⠀Analysis,⠀Data⠀Science,⠀or other⠀technology-related⠀field.
- Minimum⠀of two⠀years’⠀experience⠀in QA⠀automation.
- Strong⠀knowledge⠀of⠀software⠀QA⠀methodologies,⠀tools, and⠀processes.
- Hands-on⠀experience⠀with⠀automated⠀testing⠀tools like⠀Selenium.
- Working⠀knowledge⠀of SQL and⠀scripting.
- Experience⠀with⠀performance⠀and/or⠀security⠀testing is⠀a⠀plus.
- Have⠀excellent⠀analytical,⠀observational,⠀and⠀decision-making⠀skills.
- Must⠀be highly⠀focused,⠀able to⠀rapidly⠀determine⠀key⠀priorities,⠀clearly⠀communicate⠀the⠀priorities⠀and ensure⠀resources⠀are⠀properly⠀aligned.
- Excellent⠀interpersonal⠀and⠀communication⠀skills⠀(both⠀verbal and⠀written)⠀are⠀necessary⠀for⠀maintaining⠀effective⠀relationships⠀with Board⠀members,⠀officers,⠀employees,⠀and⠀members of⠀the⠀business⠀and civic⠀community.
