Project Manager

Duties:

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and financial documents.
• Oversee procurement planning, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage on-site construction, renovation, and repair projects.
• Deliver presentations and project updates to customers.

• Minnesota: Minneapolis

Qualifications:

GS-11:

• Experience: 1 year at GS-9 level, managing construction or real estate projects, balancing budgets, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Education: Ph.D. or 3 years of graduate study in a related field (or a combination of education and experience).

GS-12:

• Experience: 1 year at GS-11 level, managing multiple projects, developing plans, and negotiating contracts.

Salary Range:

• GS-11: $72,553–$94,611/year.
• GS-12: $86,962–$113,848/year.
