Project Manager

• Education:⠀Bachelor's⠀degree⠀in⠀Accounting,⠀Finance,⠀Business⠀Administration,⠀or⠀a⠀related⠀field.⠀A⠀professional⠀certification⠀such⠀as⠀CIA,⠀CPA,⠀or⠀CISA⠀is⠀highly⠀preferred.
• Experience:⠀Minimum⠀of⠀3-4⠀years⠀of⠀progressive⠀experience⠀in⠀internal⠀auditing⠀with⠀big4,⠀including⠀at⠀least⠀3-5⠀years⠀in⠀a⠀supervisory⠀or⠀managerial⠀role.
• Audit⠀Expertise:⠀Indepth⠀knowledge⠀of⠀auditing⠀principles,⠀practices,⠀and⠀standards,⠀with⠀a⠀strong⠀understanding⠀of⠀financial⠀and⠀operational⠀processes.
• Regulatory⠀Knowledge:⠀Familiarity⠀with⠀relevant⠀industry⠀regulations,⠀compliance⠀requirements,⠀and⠀accounting⠀standards.
• Analytical⠀Skills:⠀Strong⠀analytical⠀and⠀problemsolving⠀abilities,⠀with⠀the⠀capacity⠀to⠀evaluate⠀complex⠀processes⠀and⠀identify⠀areas⠀for⠀improvement.
• Communication⠀Skills:⠀Excellent⠀written⠀and⠀verbal⠀communication⠀skills,⠀including⠀the⠀ability⠀to⠀present⠀findings⠀and⠀recommendations⠀clearly⠀and⠀effectively.

Education:

• Bachelors’ degree in HR/IT computer science or related field preferred.
• PMP /Scrum Master

Experience & Core Competency:

• At least 2⠀end-to-end⠀oracle⠀Fusion ERP⠀implementation⠀expertise⠀is a MUST⠀HAVE for⠀this⠀position⠀to manage⠀all phases⠀of the⠀project⠀from⠀Scoping,⠀Blue⠀printing⠀to⠀Go-Live.
• Minimum⠀6 yrs. of⠀experience⠀in a⠀similar⠀role of⠀in-depth⠀experience⠀managing⠀HR⠀processes,⠀preferably⠀across⠀various⠀disciplines.
• Proven⠀expertise⠀in HRMS⠀modules,⠀project⠀management,⠀business⠀consulting,⠀testing,⠀and⠀training.
• Strong⠀knowledge⠀of Oracle⠀Fusion ERP⠀implementation⠀and HCM⠀systems,
• Exceptional⠀planning⠀and⠀organization⠀skills,⠀analytical⠀thinking,⠀problem-solving⠀abilities,⠀and time⠀management⠀skills.

Salary: From AED25,000.00 per month
