Accountabilities:

• Coordinate⠀an⠀international⠀team under⠀the⠀direction⠀of the⠀Project⠀Director⠀allocating⠀responsibilities⠀and⠀deliverables⠀with⠀respect to⠀Company⠀processes⠀and⠀Project⠀scope of⠀work
• Control⠀and manage⠀the⠀Project⠀budget in⠀terms of⠀costs,⠀revenues,⠀margin and⠀invoices
• Support⠀the⠀development⠀and update⠀of the⠀Project⠀schedule,⠀considering⠀critical⠀path⠀activities,⠀dependencies⠀and⠀milestones,⠀in⠀compliance⠀with⠀contract⠀requirements⠀and⠀Project⠀priorities
• Manage⠀subcontractors’⠀progress,⠀payment⠀and⠀performances
• Supervise⠀the⠀process of⠀monthly⠀Progress⠀Payment⠀Certificates⠀of the⠀Project
• Support⠀the⠀Project⠀Team with⠀regular⠀project⠀meetings,⠀tracking⠀action⠀items,⠀facilitating⠀information⠀flow and⠀promoting⠀effective⠀collaboration
• Ensure⠀the⠀delivery⠀of the⠀Project in⠀compliance⠀with⠀Quality⠀standards⠀and⠀Health,⠀Safety,⠀and⠀Environmental⠀regulations⠀in⠀accordance⠀with⠀contract⠀conditions
• Prepare⠀Contract⠀claims and⠀handle⠀disputes⠀in⠀accordance⠀to⠀contract⠀provisions⠀with the⠀support of⠀the⠀Contracts⠀Management⠀team
• Prepare⠀and update⠀regularly⠀the⠀Project⠀risk⠀analysis⠀in⠀accordance⠀with the⠀Company⠀Risk⠀Management⠀process
• Manage⠀the⠀Project⠀Monthly⠀and⠀Quarterly⠀Progress⠀Review and⠀Meetings⠀including⠀economic⠀and⠀financial⠀progress⠀reports
• Coordinate⠀with⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀stakeholders⠀including⠀Client and⠀Subcontractors⠀and⠀participate⠀to regular⠀progress⠀meetings

Skills

• 8-12 years⠀of⠀experience
• Excellent⠀client-facing⠀and⠀internal⠀communication⠀skills
• Excellent⠀written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀skills
• GCC⠀Railway⠀experience⠀is⠀preferable
• Able⠀to work⠀under⠀pressure⠀and meet⠀tight⠀deadlines
• Based⠀in UAE is⠀preferable
• PMP⠀Project⠀Management⠀certificate⠀holder is⠀preferable
• Strong⠀analytical,⠀critical,⠀and⠀logical⠀thinking⠀skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Engineer Degree

Languages:

• English Proficiency
• Arabic is a plus
