Project Manager Contact Center

Key Requirements:

• Proven⠀experience⠀in the⠀implementation⠀of Call⠀Centre⠀software,⠀particularly⠀in⠀large-scale⠀network⠀deployments.
• Demonstrable⠀track⠀record in⠀project⠀management⠀with⠀leading⠀contact⠀center⠀solution⠀providers.⠀Experience⠀with⠀Sprinklr⠀is highly⠀desirable.
• Exceptional⠀communication,⠀influencing,⠀and⠀negotiation⠀skills are⠀essential.
• A⠀minimum of⠀10 years⠀of⠀specialized⠀technical⠀experience,⠀with at⠀least 8-10⠀years in⠀IT project⠀management.⠀This⠀should⠀include⠀proficiency⠀in⠀industry-standard⠀project⠀management⠀methodologies,⠀development⠀life⠀cycles,⠀change⠀implementation⠀planning⠀and⠀management,⠀systems⠀development⠀management,⠀project⠀management⠀tools,⠀application⠀support,⠀business⠀analysis,⠀and people⠀management.
• Demonstrated⠀success in⠀collaborating⠀with⠀Contact⠀Centre⠀business⠀stakeholders⠀to⠀understand⠀their⠀requirements⠀and⠀translate⠀them into⠀technical⠀specifications.⠀Engaging⠀with the⠀Contact⠀Centre⠀team to⠀analyze⠀performance⠀gaps and⠀implement⠀corrective⠀actions.
• Experience⠀in⠀defining,⠀implementing,⠀and⠀enhancing⠀end-to-end⠀Contact⠀Centre⠀processes.
• Identifying,⠀prioritizing,⠀and⠀driving⠀initiatives⠀across⠀various⠀business⠀units to⠀enhance⠀efficiency,⠀address⠀root⠀causes,⠀and reduce⠀calls and⠀complaints⠀for⠀continuous⠀improvement.
• Proven⠀experience⠀in⠀managing⠀deployments⠀across⠀multiple⠀sites and⠀working⠀closely⠀with site⠀contacts.
• Proactive⠀tracking⠀of action⠀plans and⠀project⠀execution⠀milestones⠀to ensure⠀on-time⠀delivery.
• Strong⠀technical⠀skills in⠀infrastructure-related⠀areas.
• Effective⠀vendor⠀management⠀skills.
• High-level⠀stakeholder⠀management⠀capability,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀interact⠀with⠀senior⠀executives.

Education and Certifications:

• A minimum⠀undergraduate⠀degree in⠀a⠀technical⠀discipline.
• PMP⠀or⠀equivalent⠀professional⠀certification⠀is a⠀definite⠀plus.
• Proficiency⠀in written⠀and verbal⠀communication⠀in English⠀is a⠀must.
• Knowledge⠀of the⠀Arabic⠀language⠀is⠀beneficial⠀but not⠀mandatory.

Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month
