Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead design projects in the transportation and infrastructure sector with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi. This role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary WSP teams across multiple regional projects. You will be responsible for meeting client expectations, managing timelines, and ensuring project compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of transportation and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, focusing on Abu Dhabi.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure project objectives, deadlines, and budgetary requirements are met.
• Manage project compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Leverage experience in master planning to enhance project design and ensure success.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate master planning into project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, specifically in Abu Dhabi.
• Motivate and lead a team of engineers, architects, and planners to ensure project efficiency and high-quality deliverables.
• Organize and participate in regular client and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within the transportation and infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record managing projects in the Middle East, particularly Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in conceptual design, detailed design, and managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Master planning experience is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
