- 12 to 15+⠀years of⠀experience⠀as a PMO⠀analyst.
- Support⠀the⠀Project⠀Management⠀Office⠀(PMO) in⠀project⠀portfolio⠀management,⠀tracking⠀key⠀performance⠀metrics,⠀and⠀ensuring⠀adherence⠀to project⠀management⠀standards.
- Assist⠀in the⠀development⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of project⠀documentation,⠀including⠀project⠀plans,⠀status⠀reports,⠀and⠀resource⠀allocation.
- Conduct⠀project⠀audits and⠀reviews to⠀identify⠀areas for⠀improvement⠀and ensure⠀compliance⠀with PMO⠀processes.
- Collaborate⠀with⠀project⠀managers⠀and teams⠀to⠀facilitate⠀the⠀implementation⠀of best⠀practices⠀and⠀standardized⠀project⠀management⠀methodologies.
- Analyze⠀data and⠀generate⠀reports to⠀provide⠀insights⠀into⠀project⠀performance,⠀risks, and⠀resource⠀utilization.
- Support⠀the PMO in⠀the⠀development⠀and⠀implementation⠀of project⠀management⠀tools and⠀systems.
- Assist⠀in the⠀coordination⠀of PMO⠀meetings,⠀prepare⠀agendas,⠀and⠀capture⠀meeting⠀minutes.
- Contribute⠀to the⠀continuous⠀improvement⠀of PMO⠀processes⠀and⠀procedures.
- Provide⠀training⠀and⠀support to⠀project⠀teams on⠀PMO⠀processes⠀and tools.
