In⠀this role⠀you will⠀support in⠀the⠀development,⠀implementation⠀and⠀execution⠀of items⠀that aid⠀in⠀strategic⠀program⠀planning⠀and⠀campaign⠀development.⠀Here you⠀will⠀assist the⠀Program⠀Manager in⠀developing⠀program⠀resources⠀and⠀systems to⠀support⠀key sales⠀objectives⠀and market⠀growth.⠀Through⠀online and⠀offline⠀campaigns⠀and onsite⠀and⠀offsite⠀programs,⠀you will⠀directly⠀impact the⠀company’s⠀revenue⠀goals. The⠀position⠀reports to⠀the⠀Program⠀Manager⠀and is⠀based in⠀North⠀America.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in⠀the⠀administrative⠀support of⠀North⠀America⠀programs⠀intended⠀to⠀generate⠀new leads⠀and⠀accelerate⠀the sales⠀cycle
- Aid⠀in⠀program/campaign⠀calendar⠀planning⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of events.⠀Event and⠀program⠀success⠀tracking⠀and⠀ROI
- Assist⠀in the⠀development⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of⠀available⠀content⠀for⠀various⠀programs
- Support⠀in the⠀creation⠀of digital⠀assets for⠀programs⠀and field⠀sales⠀teams as⠀needed
- Assist⠀with asset⠀management;⠀sourcing,⠀delivery,⠀and⠀organization⠀as⠀needed
- Support⠀in the⠀development⠀of field⠀sales⠀program⠀resources⠀and⠀management;⠀playbooks,⠀request⠀forms,⠀available⠀content or⠀assets⠀libraries,⠀etc.
- Working⠀with⠀national⠀partners⠀to gather⠀information⠀and⠀coordinate⠀as needed.⠀Work⠀cross-functionally⠀with other⠀business⠀team⠀members;⠀analytics,⠀web,⠀fleet,⠀etc.
