Responsibilities:

1. Oversee⠀and manage⠀multiple⠀projects⠀simultaneously,⠀ensuring⠀effective⠀coordination⠀and⠀integration⠀of⠀activities⠀across

different⠀teams and⠀departments.

2.⠀Develop⠀and⠀execute⠀comprehensive⠀program⠀plans,⠀timelines,⠀and⠀resource⠀allocation⠀strategies⠀to achieve⠀program

objectives⠀and key⠀performance⠀indicators⠀(KPIs).

3.⠀Collaborate⠀with⠀cross-functional⠀teams,⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀engineering,⠀sales,⠀marketing,⠀finance,⠀and

operations,⠀to align⠀program⠀initiatives⠀with⠀business⠀strategy⠀and⠀goals.

4.⠀Define,⠀track, and⠀report⠀program⠀metrics⠀and KPIs⠀to measure⠀progress,⠀identify⠀potential⠀risks, and⠀adjust⠀program

plans⠀accordingly.

5.⠀Establish⠀and⠀maintain⠀relationships⠀with⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀stakeholders,⠀including⠀senior⠀executives,⠀customers,

partners,⠀and⠀vendors,⠀to ensure⠀program⠀alignment⠀with their⠀needs and⠀expectations.

6.⠀Lead⠀program⠀governance⠀and⠀oversight,⠀ensuring⠀compliance⠀with⠀organization-wide⠀policies,⠀procedures,⠀and

standards.

7.⠀Drive⠀continuous⠀process⠀improvements,⠀identifying⠀opportunities⠀for⠀efficiency⠀gains,⠀cost⠀savings,⠀and⠀enhancements

to⠀program⠀delivery⠀and⠀quality.

8.⠀Manage⠀program⠀budgets,⠀resources,⠀and vendor⠀engagements⠀to⠀optimize⠀utilization⠀and⠀minimize⠀risk.

9.⠀Mentor and⠀coach team⠀members to⠀foster⠀personal⠀and⠀professional⠀growth,⠀while⠀promoting⠀a culture⠀of⠀innovation,

Requirements:

1. At⠀least 7+⠀years of⠀experience⠀in project⠀management,⠀and 2⠀years as a⠀program⠀manager⠀preferably⠀in a⠀technology⠀or

consulting⠀environment.

2.⠀Proven⠀track⠀record of⠀successfully⠀delivering⠀large-scale,⠀complex⠀programs⠀on time,⠀within⠀budget,⠀and to⠀desired

outcomes.

3.⠀Strong⠀leadership⠀and⠀management⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀inspire,⠀motivate,⠀and guide⠀cross-functional⠀teams.

4.⠀Excellent⠀communication⠀and⠀interpersonal⠀skills,⠀with the⠀ability to⠀interact⠀effectively⠀with⠀diverse⠀stakeholders⠀at⠀all

levels.

5.⠀Strategic⠀thinking⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀abilities,⠀with a⠀strong⠀focus on⠀results⠀and⠀business⠀impact.

6.⠀Familiarity⠀with⠀program⠀management⠀methodologies,⠀such as⠀Agile,⠀Scrum, or⠀Waterfall.

12.⠀Certified⠀Program⠀Management⠀Professional⠀(PgMP) or⠀Project⠀Management⠀Professional⠀(PMP)⠀certification⠀is

desirable.
