The Program Manager within G42’s Group Marketing & Communications team is responsible for driving high-impact marketing and communications projects. The role involves leading complex, cross-functional programs, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. The Program Manager will work closely with departments like creative, digital, and corporate communications to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize results, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Program Leadership:
Lead large- and small-scale marketing and communications programs, from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Serve as a strategic partner to various departments, including creative, digital, events, corporate communications, and external agencies, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
Project Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, with clear quantification and qualification of results based on objectives.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track and evaluate the performance of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results and increase efficiencies.
Reporting & Presentation:
Present program outcomes, key performance metrics, and lessons learned to senior management, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth program execution and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Standard Operating Procedures:
Build and document Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) for future program management, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
Strategic Project Management:
Proven experience in managing large-scale, fast-paced, and complex projects, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
Exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Marketing Expertise:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, digital marketing, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Data-Driven Approach:
Experience in analyzing and optimizing program performance using data-driven insights and marketing analytics tools.
Financial Acumen:
Proficiency in managing and being accountable for program budgets, ensuring financial discipline throughout project execution.
Project Management Tools:
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and experience with AI tools to streamline project management.
