The Program Associate - Consultant will join the Global Regulatory Affairs Office (GRAO) and support the Global Regulatory Program Management team in managing and delivering key regulatory programs. This role involves tracking program progress, managing tasks, updating plans, collecting data, reviewing deliverables, and assisting senior Program Managers. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to adapt to various project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management Support:
- Oversee day-to-day tasks and deliverables in alignment with assigned regulatory programs.
- Maintain clear records of meeting action items and outcomes.
- Produce periodic status reports aligned with central program management office expectations.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Identify and track RAAID log items (Risks, Actions, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and produce necessary updates.
- Work with technology and PMO teams to develop efficient, repeatable processes that minimize manual data gathering.
Deliverables Review and Packaging:
- Manage the review and packaging of deliverables completed by Subject Matter Experts.
- Facilitate final sign-off and completion of materials.
Meeting Management:
- Schedule, monitor attendance, and report outcomes of key meetings for assigned programs.
Technology and Tools:
- Leverage existing technology to streamline project tasks and reporting.
- Use Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and other tools to support efficient production and project tracking.
Qualifications:
Education:
- College or University degree is required.
- Experience in risk management, program management, or related fields (financial risk, regulatory compliance).
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience supporting projects or programs.
- Background in consulting is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe).
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information into actionable tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
