Production Manager

Production⠀Manager⠀must⠀ensure⠀efficient⠀and cost⠀effective⠀factory⠀operations⠀adhering⠀to the⠀required⠀quality⠀standards⠀and must⠀have⠀adequate⠀knowledge⠀for⠀production⠀planning,⠀organizing,⠀manpower⠀management,⠀recruitment⠀etc.

Responsibilities:

• Shall have⠀at least⠀15yrs.⠀Experience⠀out of⠀which last⠀5 years⠀should⠀have been⠀working as⠀Production⠀Manager of⠀a medium⠀size⠀factory⠀having⠀atleast⠀300⠀workers.
• Must⠀be⠀Engineer⠀graduate⠀preferably⠀from any⠀of the⠀premium⠀institutes.
• Must⠀have good⠀communication⠀and⠀man-management⠀skills.
• Will⠀be⠀responsible⠀for the⠀entire⠀production⠀of the⠀factory⠀including⠀planning,⠀machine⠀maintenance,⠀ensuring⠀productivity⠀etc.
• Oversee⠀a⠀workforce⠀of 300 +⠀employees⠀in the⠀manufacturing⠀department
• Strive⠀to reduce⠀expenses⠀and⠀increase⠀productivity⠀across all⠀product⠀lines
• Ensure⠀all⠀employees⠀follow⠀industry⠀standard⠀health and⠀safety⠀guidelines
• Set⠀ambitious⠀production⠀goals and⠀communicate⠀them to⠀key⠀personnel
• Provide⠀motivation,⠀support⠀and⠀guidance⠀to all⠀employees
• Establish⠀workflow⠀policies⠀that⠀enhance⠀speed and⠀efficiency⠀without⠀compromising⠀product⠀safety or⠀integrity
• Create⠀schedules⠀for⠀employees⠀to ensure⠀optimum⠀staffing⠀levels
• Must⠀be⠀conversant⠀with ISO⠀audit and⠀other⠀statutory⠀audits for⠀the⠀factory.
