Roles and Responsibilities

• Support of⠀installed⠀base⠀including⠀activities⠀such as⠀customer⠀issue⠀resolution,⠀fleet⠀issues,⠀service⠀bulletin⠀implementation,⠀Monitoring⠀&⠀Diagnostics,⠀fleet⠀configuration.⠀Maintenance⠀of fleet⠀data,⠀outage⠀management.
• Broadening⠀knowledge⠀of own⠀technical⠀discipline⠀to execute⠀policy/strategy.⠀May⠀include⠀support⠀roles with⠀specialized⠀technical⠀field of⠀knowledge;⠀still⠀acquiring⠀higher⠀level⠀knowledge⠀and⠀skills.
• Basic⠀understanding⠀of key⠀business⠀drivers;⠀uses this⠀understanding⠀to⠀accomplish⠀own work.⠀Good⠀understanding⠀of how⠀work of⠀own team⠀integrates⠀with other⠀teams and⠀contributes⠀to the⠀area.

The salary⠀range for⠀this⠀position⠀is⠀$72,400–⠀108,500⠀USD⠀Annual.⠀The⠀specific⠀salary⠀offered to⠀a⠀candidate⠀may be⠀influenced⠀by a⠀variety of⠀factors⠀including⠀the⠀candidate’s⠀experience,⠀their⠀education,⠀and the⠀work⠀location.⠀In⠀addition,⠀this⠀position⠀is⠀eligible⠀for a⠀performance⠀bonus/variable⠀incentive⠀plan.
