Roles⠀&⠀Responsibilities:
Reports⠀to⠀Director⠀of Digital⠀Product⠀Management,⠀Clinical⠀Intelligence⠀and⠀Medical⠀Sciences.⠀The⠀candidate⠀will be⠀responsible⠀for⠀providing⠀deep⠀analysis⠀of⠀surgical⠀disease⠀states and⠀identifying⠀unmet⠀needs that⠀can map to⠀data and⠀digital⠀solutions⠀that do⠀not yet⠀exist. University Hiring Program Eligibility Requirements:
- University⠀Enrollment:⠀Must be⠀currently⠀enrolled⠀in and⠀returning⠀to an⠀accredited⠀degree-seeking⠀academic⠀program in⠀the⠀Fall.
- Internship⠀Work⠀Period:⠀Must be⠀available⠀to work⠀full-time⠀(approximately⠀40 hours⠀per week)⠀during a⠀10-12 week⠀period⠀starting⠀May or⠀June.⠀Specific⠀start⠀dates are⠀shared⠀during the⠀recruiting⠀process.
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
- Current⠀enrollment⠀in a⠀training⠀program in⠀medicine⠀or⠀surgery,⠀engineering,⠀computer⠀science,⠀or data⠀science at⠀formal⠀training⠀program at⠀the⠀Master’s⠀or⠀Doctorate⠀or⠀postdoctorate⠀level.
- Competitive⠀candidates⠀should⠀learn⠀quickly⠀and have⠀demonstrated⠀top⠀performance⠀in prior⠀degree⠀granting⠀programs.
- Experience⠀in⠀innovation⠀programs⠀such as⠀Stanford⠀Biodesign⠀or MBA⠀programs⠀is highly⠀desirable.
- Experience⠀working in⠀a hospital⠀with⠀physicians⠀is highly⠀desirable.
- Experience⠀in venture⠀capital is⠀also⠀highly⠀desirable.
