Product Management Associate

We are⠀seeking a⠀qualified⠀Product⠀Management⠀Associate⠀to join⠀our team.⠀The⠀Product⠀Management⠀Associate⠀will play⠀a crucial⠀role in⠀overseeing⠀the⠀management⠀and⠀maintenance⠀of our⠀current⠀and future⠀product⠀offerings.⠀This⠀position⠀requires⠀meticulous⠀attention⠀to detail,⠀strong⠀analytical⠀skills,⠀and the⠀ability to⠀collaborate⠀effectively⠀across⠀departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• SKU⠀Management:⠀Identify⠀product⠀descriptions,⠀types,⠀vendor⠀information,⠀and⠀pricing to⠀create new⠀product⠀SKUs.
• Pricing⠀Updates:⠀Execute⠀one-off⠀and bulk⠀pricing⠀updates as⠀needed,⠀ensuring⠀accuracy⠀and⠀timeliness.
• Data⠀Validation:⠀Verify⠀information⠀for⠀accuracy⠀before⠀entering/updating⠀SKUs in⠀the⠀system.
• Database⠀Analysis:⠀Analyze⠀reports⠀and⠀perform⠀Excel⠀formulas⠀(ie.⠀Vlookups)⠀to⠀identify⠀missing⠀SKUs and⠀ensure⠀database⠀completeness.
• Website⠀Maintenance:⠀Add and⠀update⠀website⠀content⠀for new⠀vendors⠀and⠀products.
• Vendor⠀Relations:⠀Serve as a⠀liaison⠀with⠀vendors⠀regarding⠀product⠀information⠀and⠀updates.
• Issue⠀Resolution:⠀Troubleshoot⠀product-related⠀issues⠀promptly⠀and⠀effectively.
• Product⠀Maintenance:⠀Regularly⠀review⠀product⠀listings⠀for⠀outdated⠀items and⠀maintain⠀default⠀pricing⠀levels.
