Overview:
The United Way of St. Johns County, a respected and influential leader in the region since 1957, is seeking an accomplished and dynamic President/CEO. This executive will provide visionary leadership to drive community impact, mobilize resources, and steward the United Way brand. The President/CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community leaders to advance the mission of the organization and ensure the delivery of high-quality services across the spectrum of human needs.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
- Continuous learning experiences over ten or more years in strategic and organizational leadership, management, fundraising, and related areas.
Experience:
- Executive-level expertise in leadership and operations, with a focus on high energy, performance, and team spirit.
- Substantial experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably with United Way, or in leadership roles in organizations of comparable size and mission.
- Proven ability to build relationships with community leaders and command the confidence of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in promoting diversity and fostering collaboration within the community.
- Experience in revenue building, increasing philanthropic support, and managing organizations across multiple sectors, including nonprofit, public, and corporate environments.
