- Prepare⠀term sheet⠀for⠀RMs
- Call⠀RM to go⠀over what⠀is⠀required⠀and next⠀steps⠀after term⠀sheet is⠀signed
- Provide⠀RM a⠀specific⠀list of⠀required⠀items to⠀obtain for⠀appraisal⠀bids
- Provide⠀RM a⠀specific⠀list of⠀required⠀items for⠀underwriting⠀process⠀Underwrite⠀the⠀loan
- Conduct⠀financial⠀spreads⠀and⠀financial⠀analysis
- Prepare⠀and review⠀CCRs⠀prepared⠀by PM⠀before⠀being⠀circulated
- Provide⠀responses⠀to raised⠀questions⠀by Credit⠀Sup on⠀submitted⠀CCRs
- Work⠀with RM in⠀obtaining⠀any⠀additional⠀information⠀for⠀submitted⠀CCRs
- Coordinate⠀with the⠀Borrower⠀and⠀Appraisal⠀Dept for⠀any⠀conflicts⠀in⠀appraisal⠀value⠀Facilitate⠀Loan⠀Documentation⠀&⠀Funding
- Submit⠀for loan⠀documentation⠀after CCR⠀is⠀approved
- Work⠀with⠀internal⠀legal⠀counsel⠀and loan⠀documentation⠀Dept
- If⠀documentation⠀is⠀prepared⠀by outside⠀legal⠀counsel,⠀we will⠀reach out⠀and engage⠀with⠀outside⠀legal⠀counsel
- Provide⠀required⠀information⠀to outside⠀legal⠀counsel⠀for⠀documentation⠀preparation
- Be⠀involved⠀with loan⠀documents⠀negotiation⠀between⠀lender and⠀borrower
- Provide⠀RM⠀specific⠀instructions/items⠀needed if⠀any⠀pending⠀items from⠀funding⠀department
- Work⠀with⠀funder to⠀ensure the⠀loan is⠀funded/boarded⠀to the⠀system⠀Monitor⠀Existing⠀Loan⠀Portfolio
- Renew⠀the loans⠀at⠀maturity
- Manage⠀PLR⠀accounts⠀and⠀respond to⠀any raised⠀questions⠀from⠀SAG
- Chase⠀and follow⠀up with⠀borrower⠀on past⠀due⠀payments
- Chase⠀and follow⠀up with⠀borrower⠀on⠀financial⠀reporting
- Monitor⠀the⠀covenants⠀of the⠀existing⠀borrowers
- Be⠀responsible⠀to check⠀documents⠀when the⠀Borrower⠀calls for⠀loan⠀advance,⠀payoff and⠀changing⠀terms
- Respond⠀to all the⠀credit⠀risk⠀related⠀questions⠀from any⠀other risk⠀departments⠀in the⠀Bank, such⠀as SCS,⠀BSA, ERM,⠀Internal⠀Audit etc.⠀Others
