The Real Estate CFO Analyst will support Portfolio Managers by monitoring portfolio performance, conducting analyses, and producing investor reports. The role requires proficiency in financial, statistical, and mathematical tools to assess and report on portfolio performance, ensuring transparency and compliance with governance guidelines and legal restrictions. This position will also involve communication with clients and the broader investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investor Reports & Client Materials:
- Prepare reports such as the Flash Report, Board Book, Investor Teleconference, Client Update/Pitchbook, and Quarterly Investor Reports.
- Financial Support:
- Assist in preparing the quarterly fund cash model and complete client/consultant information requests.
- Support the review of client-side compliance letters and ensure debt covenant compliance.
- Portfolio Management Support:
- Update and maintain several support files to track portfolio performance and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing and solving problems within a real estate investment environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
