Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelors'⠀degree in⠀Business,⠀Manufacturing,⠀Production⠀or related⠀field; or,⠀any⠀equivalent⠀combination⠀of⠀education⠀and⠀experience⠀that⠀demonstrates⠀the⠀ability to⠀perform⠀the key⠀responsibilities⠀of this⠀position.
- Canning⠀and/or⠀juice⠀concentrates⠀or purees⠀production⠀experience.
- Previous⠀plant⠀management⠀experience,⠀10+ years'⠀experience⠀in⠀technical⠀food⠀manufacturing⠀facility,⠀and 5+⠀years'⠀experience⠀managing⠀professional,⠀technical,⠀and/or⠀supervisory⠀employees.
- Excellent⠀communication⠀skills⠀(verbal⠀and⠀written),⠀interpersonal⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀motivate⠀people⠀toward a⠀goal,⠀conflict⠀resolution⠀skills,⠀and strong⠀leadership⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀lead⠀teams.
- Strong⠀budget⠀management⠀and⠀financial⠀analysis⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀achieve⠀forecasted⠀/ budgeted⠀financial⠀and⠀operating⠀performance⠀targets.
- Ability⠀to pass a⠀pre-employment⠀drug test,⠀background⠀check⠀including⠀employment⠀and⠀educational⠀verification,⠀and credit⠀screen,⠀and to⠀work⠀extended⠀schedule⠀and⠀weekends⠀during the⠀fresh pack⠀season,⠀typically⠀July to⠀early⠀November.
Compensation:
The salary range is $165,000 - $180,000, based on experience and qualifications.
