As a Photo Retoucher, you will be a key player in enhancing the visual quality of our content, ensuring our images meet the highest standards and resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Image Retouching: Retouch and enhance images for use across multiple platforms, including web, print, and social media.
• Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, graphic designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and achieve objectives.
• Advanced Retouching: Use advanced techniques to correct colors, remove blemishes, refine compositions, and maintain consistency across all images.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all images adhere to Nice One's brand aesthetic and quality standards, delivering flawless results.
• Image Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of edited images and source files.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest photo editing trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Time Management: Work efficiently within tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback and make revisions to deliver high-quality final images.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality retouched images.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software.
  • Strong understanding of color correction, image compositing, and retouching techniques.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills to explain creative concepts and accept constructive feedback.
