The North America (NAMR) Staffing Team at BCG is looking to add a People Team Specialist to support the deployment of BCG’s most valuable resource—its people. In this role, the Specialist will provide vital logistical, strategic, and administrative support across the North American region. The position is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and People Operations, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has a strong attention to detail.

BCG consultants work across private, public, and social sectors, creating meaningful impacts for client organizations while developing professionally. The People Team Specialist will play an integral role in executing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), office integration, mobility, and broader talent strategies aligned with BCG’s strategic vision. This role will evolve to include additional responsibilities over time.

This position will work closely with office Business Management Leaders, local Talent Managers, System/Office leadership, and cross-functional teams across the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Manage DEI communication and coordination for programs (e.g., Segment of One, MDP Champions).
  • Develop new engagement initiatives with various groups across consulting cohorts.

Office Integration and Mentorship

  • Facilitate the onboarding and integration of all new Consulting Team (CT) staff into office culture and staffing norms.
  • Lead the CT new hire pairing program and manage coordination across Class Deans, Talent Acquisition, and other team members.
  • Drive summer intern staffing efforts with support from Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Support initiatives including Cohort Council, Alumni, and employee appreciation efforts.

Business Management Support and Strategic Projects

  • Assist with Talent Management strategies, tracking meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze annual People Survey, identifying trends to share across cohorts.
  • Support office initiatives on Living our Values and other strategic projects.

Mobility

  • Coordinate office transfer experiences across cohorts, supporting the Mobility process for consulting team members.

Additional Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the Talent Management function.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or human resources, preferably in a professional services environment.
