Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate People Analytics & Insights Partner to transform people data into actionable insights, supporting our HR and business leaders. In this role, you will be a trusted consultant, delivering data-driven recommendations that align with our organizational values and drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Partnership: Build strong relationships with HR and business leaders, providing insights based on people data to support talent strategies and business objectives.
  • Data Storytelling: Lead the development and presentation of quarterly reports on key people metrics, ensuring insights are engaging and actionable.
  • Employee Listening: Oversee the Employee Listening Survey Program, analyze data, and provide recommendations for enhancing employee engagement and culture.
  • People Metrics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and visualizations to guide decision-making regarding Peloton's talent practices.
  • Training & Data Literacy: Deliver training to improve data literacy across HR and other units, enabling effective use of people analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in I/O Psychology, Data Analytics, HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in people analytics or HR consulting, with expertise in employee listening and data storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
