Role Overview: The Media Relations Coordinator will support the communications team in executing media relations strategies. The role involves maintaining media lists, assisting in pitch coordination, preparing press releases, and providing administrative support to the media relations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and update media lists.
  • Monitor capacity and assign pitches to the media relations team.
  • Assist in preparing press release drafts.
  • Monitor and send out secured media coverage.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings.
  • Assist the media relations team as needed.
