Role Objective: We are seeking a Marketing and Digital Media Specialist to maintain and update company marketing tools, enhance branding efforts, and support revenue growth. This role will involve working closely with our Marketing Director to implement marketing strategies and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage plugins, blog updates, and other features on the WordPress platform.
• Perform keyword and hashtag research to maximize social media impact.
• Assist with publishing and engagement on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Support SEO actions to improve the company's ranking on Google and increase targeted search visibility.
• Identify and support areas for improvement in marketing operations and social media performance.
• Create and manage social communications in various formats, including content for social media, blogs, and marketing messages.
• Continuously update social media platforms with content tailored to attract and engage the ideal customer base.
• Manage the design, upgrade, enhancement, and maintenance of company websites.
• Ensure the company’s online image reflects its unique personality and engages with target customers.
• Conduct website research, including backlinks analysis and competitive analysis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Exceptional writing skills.
• At least 1 year of experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
• Experience with WordPress.
• Proficiency in Google AdWords.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Google Ads.
