POSITION SUMMARY

Pearce⠀Services⠀is looking⠀for a⠀Program⠀Manager⠀with the⠀skills and⠀abilities⠀to manage⠀customer⠀interactions,⠀scheduling,⠀forecasting,⠀process⠀improvements,⠀and has⠀the⠀ability to⠀work with⠀and manage⠀multiple⠀functional⠀teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and⠀manage⠀content⠀for⠀customer⠀communications⠀up to⠀Director⠀level
• Create⠀and⠀develop⠀timelines
• Manage⠀the⠀interdependencies⠀between⠀projects
• Identify,⠀hire, and⠀manage new⠀employees⠀as⠀needed
• Setup⠀and⠀maintain⠀bi-weekly⠀one⠀one-on-one⠀calls with⠀direct⠀reports
• Perform⠀after-action⠀plans and⠀root cause⠀analyses⠀as⠀needed
• Identify⠀risks and⠀provide⠀mitigation⠀plans for⠀multiple⠀functional⠀groups
• Identify⠀opportunities⠀for⠀improvement
• Track⠀and report⠀on⠀KPI’s
• Forecast,⠀monitor,⠀and manage⠀monthly,⠀quarterly,⠀and annual⠀budgets⠀for⠀assigned⠀programs
• Ability⠀to travel⠀up to 25%⠀of the⠀time, as⠀needed

Experience and Qualifications

• 3 years of⠀experience⠀working in⠀OSP⠀engineering⠀in a⠀leadership⠀role,⠀managing⠀direct⠀reports
• Proficient⠀in using⠀Microsoft⠀Office⠀(Excel,⠀Word,⠀PowerPoint,⠀Outlook)
• Understanding⠀of⠀project/program⠀management⠀techniques⠀and⠀methods
• Excellent⠀knowledge⠀of⠀performance⠀evaluation⠀and change⠀management⠀principles

Desired:

• Bachelor’s⠀degree⠀from an⠀accredited⠀college or⠀equivalent⠀education/experience
• 5⠀years of⠀experience⠀working in⠀OSP⠀engineering⠀with⠀AT&T
• PMP⠀or other⠀project⠀management⠀certification
