Operations Manager

• Minimum 7⠀years⠀NVOCC⠀experience⠀of which 3⠀years in⠀the⠀managerial⠀level with⠀very good⠀knowledge⠀of the⠀NVOCC and⠀Sea⠀freight⠀Consolidation⠀business
• Maintain⠀relationship⠀with⠀shippers,⠀agents,⠀agency,⠀principal,⠀feeders.
• Analytical,⠀numerical⠀and⠀problem-solving⠀skills⠀when under⠀pressure⠀and with⠀tight work⠀deadlines
• Good⠀computer⠀skills⠀(shipping⠀software,⠀related⠀logistics/⠀shipping/⠀marine⠀certification,⠀Word,⠀Excel,⠀PowerPoint)
• Experience⠀in the⠀Middle⠀East /⠀Africa⠀region or⠀a similar⠀environment⠀preferred
• Commercial⠀flair and⠀ability to⠀develop⠀new⠀business
• Knowledge⠀of⠀Terminal⠀operating⠀systems,⠀shipping⠀operations,⠀vessel⠀services⠀and port⠀rotations
