The Operations Department at Jetex handles key functions like crew handling, ramp operations, ground dispatch, safety, and record-keeping. This department ensures seamless, safe, and regulatory-compliant flight operations, playing a vital role in maintaining exceptional service standards.
As an Operations Coordinator at Jetex's FBO, you will play a crucial role in coordinating flight-related operations. This includes creating flights in the system, processing customer requests, and assisting with the day-to-day service operations. You will report directly to the FBO Operations Manager and serve as a key point of contact for crew and customer inquiries.
Flight Coordination:
Create and manage flight information in the system, ensuring that all details and requests are logged.
Airport Coordination:
Work with airport authorities to secure landing permits and ensure timely processing.
Crew & Passenger Support:
Provide current airport information such as weather, flight plans, and available services to both crew and passengers.
Customer Service:
Assist with customer requests, such as hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, and other trip-related inquiries.
Operations Equipment:
Utilize office equipment (radios, CRM systems, computers) to support operations and manage communications.
Communication:
Respond to calls and emails promptly, ensuring the information provided is validated and authenticated.
Professionalism & Safety:
Maintain a professional uniform and ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal Jetex policies.
Incident Reporting:
Report incidents, accidents, or safety-related observations in line with Incident Management procedures.
Safety Awareness:
Maintain safety in the work area, complying with safety guidelines and standards.
Other Duties:
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Adherence to Procedures:
Follow documented organizational procedures, maintaining compliance and evidence of performance.
Health & Safety:
Be aware of health and safety responsibilities, adhering to Jetex’s policies and procedures.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations.
