This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Chicago office and managing essential office functions like space, equipment, and supplies. Additionally, you will handle contracts, billing, account management, and provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring the office space, equipment, and supplies are well-maintained.
  • Contract Management: Evaluate contracts related to Equifax products and pricing, identifying any risks or deviations from standard terms. Ensure proper approvals are obtained and submit for execution.
  • Data Entry: Transcribe contract terms into internal systems, validate and enter billing records, and manage manual billing and overages.
  • Account Management: Handle cancellations and suspensions of accounts and process annual renewals for clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication.
  • Problem Solving & Research: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
  • Self-starter: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Business & Risk Knowledge: Strong understanding of business operations and risk management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to recognize and resolve exceptions to standard procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL Server Experience: Familiarity with SQL Server for data management and reporting.
  • Office Environment Commitment: Willingness to report to the office Monday through Friday.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Ideal Candidate:
An individual with strong communication and organizational skills, able to handle contract management and data entry while solving problems and working independently in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and ideally SQL Server would make you stand out.
