Key Responsibilities

  • Assign hoteling offices, book conference rooms, and handle building security requests for employees, guests, and vendors.
  • Execute print jobs and submit maintenance requests as needed.

Reception and Administrative Support

  • Serve as the primary receptionist, managing incoming deliveries, organizing mail, and maintaining the office switchboard.
  • Assist administrative teams with tasks such as expense report processing, binder creation, and event name badge production.

Facility Upkeep

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchens, storage rooms, and meeting spaces.
  • Restock supplies, manage office inventories, and coordinate post-meeting cleanups.
  • Provide light maintenance and housekeeping, such as carpet spot cleaning and changing light bulbs.

Meeting and Event Coordination

  • Set up conference rooms, including catering arrangements and equipment setup.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least three years of office experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
    • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform physical office tasks.
