Metropolitan Capital is seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Client Services

  • Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors.
  • Manage the main phone line, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Keep the lobby area clean and well-organized.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the main doors according to branch hours.

Mail and Courier Management

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to assigned mailboxes.
  • Maintain records for undeliverable and returned mail.
  • Handle outgoing mail and deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) as requested by team members.

Scheduling and Event Support

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events for clients and staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate key corporate meetings, such as Board of Directors and Investment Committee meetings.
  • Manage meeting schedules in Outlook Calendar upon request from team members.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Order snacks, beverages, and lunch items as needed.
  • Run local errands as requested by the supervisor.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in banking (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
