- Prepare⠀and⠀distribute⠀internal⠀and⠀external⠀communications
- Handle⠀incoming⠀and⠀outgoing⠀mail and⠀packages.
- Manage⠀office⠀communications,⠀including⠀emails,⠀faxes, and⠀postal⠀services.
- Collaborate⠀with other⠀team⠀members to⠀provide⠀administrative⠀support.
- Assist⠀in⠀onboarding⠀new⠀employees⠀by⠀providing⠀orientation⠀and⠀necessary⠀resources.
- Support⠀HR⠀functions,⠀such as⠀maintaining⠀employee⠀records⠀and⠀assisting⠀in⠀recruitment⠀processes.
