Role Overview: The Sales Center Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional support to the sales staff while ensuring a welcoming environment for customers, purchasers, and current homeowners/residents. The role requires a strong service orientation and the ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Center, including maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a professional and upbeat manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Office Supply Management: Maintain and place orders for office supplies as needed.
  • Sales Center Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Sales Center, including bathrooms and closing rooms.
  • Delivery Management: Process and store product and collateral deliveries.
  • Daily Operations: Open and prepare the Sales Center for the day, maintain the coffee station, and stock the refrigerator with water.
  • Collateral Management: Manage and organize front reception collateral, including floorplans, premium features, site plans, pricing, lot premiums, and HOA fees.
  • Registration Processing: Assist with new guest and broker registrations, update existing registrations in Salesforce, and ensure the accuracy of information.
  • Compliance: Ensure the Out-of-State Non-Solicitation Affidavit is signed by all Closed State guests and scanned into Salesforce.
  • Lead Management: Handle lead rotations from C.O.C., assigning leads to New Homes Sales Professionals.
  • Reporting: Keep the Director of Sales informed of daily activities in the New Home Sales Office.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as requested by management within the scope and purpose of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Phone etiquette and a professional demeanor are required.
  • Positive Attitude: A welcoming, positive, and can-do attitude is essential.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality environment (highly desired).
    • 3+ years of experience in a sales center environment (preferred).
    • Office management experience is highly desired.
