• Communication⠀with⠀Region⠀Managers⠀and⠀Supervisors:⠀Regular⠀communication⠀with⠀on-ground⠀management⠀for⠀insights⠀and issue⠀resolution.
• Problem-Solving:⠀Collaborating⠀with⠀station⠀managers⠀and⠀supervisors⠀to address⠀operational⠀challenges⠀and⠀enhance⠀efficiency.
• Identifying⠀Potential⠀Partners:⠀Researching⠀and⠀selecting⠀3PL⠀partners⠀that align⠀with⠀operation⠀needs.⠀Qualification⠀and⠀Performance⠀Assessment:
• Evaluating⠀the⠀qualifications⠀and past⠀performance⠀of 3PL⠀partners⠀for⠀reliability.⠀Communication⠀and Issue⠀Resolution:
• Maintaining⠀open lines⠀of⠀communication⠀with 3PL⠀partners⠀to ensure⠀smooth⠀operations.⠀Monitoring⠀Courier⠀Performance:
• Continuously⠀tracking⠀courier⠀performance⠀metrics⠀for⠀quality⠀control.⠀Enforcing⠀Actions:⠀Taking⠀corrective⠀actions if⠀3PL⠀partners⠀do not⠀meet⠀performance⠀standards.
• Cost⠀Reporting:⠀Preparing⠀detailed⠀cost⠀reports⠀for each⠀station to⠀understand⠀expenses.⠀Identifying⠀High-Cost⠀Areas:
• Analyzing⠀cost⠀reports to⠀pinpoint⠀inefficiencies⠀or areas⠀of⠀overspending.⠀Efficiency⠀Improvement:
• Collaborating⠀on⠀strategies⠀for cost⠀control⠀and⠀efficiency⠀improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
