Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate⠀with⠀strategic⠀partners⠀across the⠀HR⠀function,⠀Centers of⠀Excellence,⠀Business⠀lines, and⠀within the⠀M&A⠀function.⠀Your⠀expertise⠀will⠀ensure the⠀delivery⠀of⠀value-added⠀programs⠀and⠀services⠀at all⠀organizational⠀levels.
  • Manage⠀complex⠀and⠀interrelated⠀HR M&A⠀projects/task⠀dependencies,⠀tracking⠀project⠀progress,⠀and⠀reporting⠀updates.
  • Conduct⠀due⠀diligence⠀analysis,⠀supporting⠀Corporate⠀Development⠀assess⠀employee⠀and⠀practice⠀integration⠀risks and⠀mitigations.⠀.
  • Build⠀and⠀Execute⠀M&A⠀playbooks,⠀project⠀plans, and⠀methodologies⠀throughout⠀the due⠀diligence,⠀onboarding⠀and⠀integration⠀of⠀acquired⠀team⠀members.
  • Employ⠀Cetera HR⠀PMO⠀methodology,⠀framework,⠀and⠀governance⠀structure⠀to⠀document⠀plans,⠀timelines,⠀RACI⠀(Responsible,⠀Accountable,⠀Consulted,⠀Informed),⠀and RAID⠀(Risks,⠀Assumptions,⠀Issues,⠀Dependencies).
  • Collaborate⠀with⠀acquired⠀business⠀teams, HR⠀and⠀functional⠀teams to⠀gain⠀insights⠀into their⠀company,⠀team⠀members,⠀and⠀culture.⠀Summarize⠀these⠀findings⠀for Cetera⠀leadership,⠀and devise⠀people⠀integration⠀strategies⠀that⠀reflect⠀and manage⠀degrees of⠀organizational⠀change.⠀Collaborate⠀with the⠀broader⠀M&A team⠀and⠀Corporate⠀Communications⠀to deliver⠀change⠀management⠀and⠀communication⠀activities.
  • Develop,⠀implement,⠀and manage⠀HR’s⠀onboarding⠀and⠀integration⠀plans for⠀the⠀acquired⠀business,⠀providing⠀regular⠀reports on⠀progress,⠀risks/issues⠀(including⠀project⠀capacity⠀constraints)⠀and any⠀budgetary⠀items.
  • Identify,⠀coordinate,⠀and engage⠀resources⠀and⠀deliverables⠀across HR⠀and⠀functional⠀teams to⠀facilitate⠀onboarding⠀and⠀integration⠀activities⠀in⠀accordance⠀with the⠀plan.
  • Tailor⠀integration⠀tools and⠀templates⠀to meet⠀specific⠀deal⠀requirements⠀and⠀business⠀segment⠀needs.
  • Work⠀with⠀Corporate⠀Development⠀and other⠀functions⠀to shape,⠀as⠀necessary,⠀Transition⠀Service⠀Agreements⠀(TSAs) as⠀required.
  • Offer⠀advisory⠀support⠀for⠀workforce⠀management⠀activities,⠀encompassing⠀organization⠀design,⠀talent⠀selection,⠀and⠀redundancy⠀management,⠀aligned⠀with M&A⠀tools and⠀methodologies.
  • Analyze⠀and⠀leverage⠀HR and⠀business⠀data and⠀trends as⠀required⠀by the⠀project.⠀Translate⠀this⠀analysis⠀into⠀reports⠀and⠀recommendations.

Qualifications:

⠀Bachelor⠀Degree or⠀equivalent⠀work⠀experience⠀required

⠀At least 7⠀years of⠀HR⠀experience⠀with a⠀minimum of⠀3 years⠀M&A,⠀integration⠀and⠀project⠀management⠀focus

Strong⠀organizational⠀skills⠀with the⠀ability to⠀multitask⠀and⠀prioritize⠀effectively⠀in a⠀changing⠀work⠀environment

⠀Good⠀interpersonal⠀skills and⠀ability to⠀develop⠀strong⠀partnership⠀with⠀stakeholders

Compensation⠀Range

The⠀base⠀annual⠀salary⠀range for⠀this role⠀is⠀$140,000.00⠀to⠀$180,000.00,⠀plus a⠀competitive⠀performance-based⠀bonus.⠀Base⠀annual⠀salary⠀depends on⠀a wide⠀array of⠀factors,⠀including⠀but not⠀limited to⠀skill set,⠀years and⠀depth of⠀experience,⠀certifications,⠀and⠀location.⠀Base⠀annual⠀salary may⠀also⠀differ⠀significantly⠀due to⠀geography⠀and cost⠀of labor⠀considerations.
