The Campaign Development and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other CRM tools. This role involves coordinating campaign scheduling, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development:

  • Administer and configure the CRM system to meet organizational needs.
  • Collaborate in creating targeted campaigns for various employee populations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data analysis.
  • Liaise with UFHR and university-wide stakeholders to implement automation solutions and improve efficiency.

Campaign Maintenance & Tracking:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and execution of marketing communications.
  • Establish and maintain campaign populations through manual and automated processes.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date audience segmentation for tailored messaging.
  • Utilize standard templates for routine messages and updates to ensure timely delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Compile comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for stakeholder reviews.
  • Collaborate with UF stakeholders to analyze employee data for recruitment, retention, and project outcomes.
  • Identify trends and insights to inform marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Partner with UFIT (UF Information Technology) to refine data segmentation for improved insights.

Web/Digital Marketing Support:

  • Integrate campaign elements into existing digital platforms, including tracking links, customized forms, and other marketing data-related elements.
  • Provide email administration, communications, and marketing support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technologies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with marketing, data analysis, and campaign management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, information technologies, or a relevant field.
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce, Monday, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
