Position Purpose: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating marketing efforts for rental properties across various platforms to support the company’s growth and effectiveness in attracting potential renters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Marketing: Ensure all properties that meet "ok to show" criteria are actively marketed in advance.
  • Platform Utilization: Use email, social media, and focused sales/leasing event campaigns to market properties.
  • Content Creation: Develop marketing flyers for both print and digital use.
  • Property Visits: Visit properties to capture photos for marketing materials.
  • Lead Analysis: Analyze leads and contact potential renters for units on the market.
  • Effectiveness Review: Use lead data to assess and improve marketing efforts.
  • Coordination: Work with property management to ensure proper signage and lockboxes are placed on units.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in marketing/advertising or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs. Comfortable with technology, including computers, the internet, and electronic files.
  • Learning Ability: Willingness to learn new software and technological tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
