The Marketing Assistant at Almodovar Group, LLC will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for our brands. This role includes identifying marketing trends, creating marketing materials, giving presentations, and providing administrative support to both marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Trend Identification: Assist in identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Software Proficiency: Learn and work with various digital marketing software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments.
  • Content Creation: Develop marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Presentations: Deliver presentations on ongoing campaigns.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain the marketing database.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including preparing, formatting, and editing documents.
  • Understanding Products: Gain a comprehensive understanding of company products and brands.
  • Report Creation: Create and interpret various reports.
  • Market Research: Organize market research and analyze feedback.
  • Social Media Management: Update and manage social media accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Character: Strong integrity, reliability, and a genuine team spirit.
  • Competency: Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and tackle challenges effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Experience: Prior experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus.
