DocuSign is hiring a Market Development Representative (MDR) to join their team. This role focuses on generating new business, qualifying prospective customers, and aligning their needs with DocuSign’s product offerings.

What You'll Do:
- Outbound Prospecting: Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to potential clients in DocuSign’s core vertical markets.
- Qualify Prospects: Use strategic questions to understand business needs and match them with DocuSign’s solutions.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings between prospects and Account Executives across various verticals (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
- CRM Utilization: Record information and identify further opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to create email and LinkedIn campaigns to boost brand awareness.
Job Designation:
- Hybrid: Split between in-office and remote work, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
What You Bring:
- Basic:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales experience.
- 1+ year of experience in a client or customer-facing role.
- Preferred:
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Driven and enthusiastic with strong business relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Wage Transparency:
- Pay Range: $23.08/hour - $32.87/hour (varies by location and experience).
